Simply Place the Selected Style of Stencil over the Eyebrow, Use the White Liner to Softly Outline Your Shape, Remover the Stencil and using Your Eyebrow Pencil, using Fine Motion Strokes, Fill In the Outline, Then Rub Away the White Line, This Will Rub away Very Easily. Free Free To Use With Any Eyebrow Powder of Your Choice (Not Included)

2: For Those with Thick/Unruly Eyebrows:Simply Place the Selected Style of Stencil over the Eyebrow, Use the White Liner to Outline Your Shape, Remover the Stencil, And Pluck The Hairs Outside of This Outline, Lastly Rub Away The White Liner.
